However, you should know that all participants of <strong>Patagonian International Marathon\u00ae<\/strong> must complete the following forms by no later than <strong>30 August 2026<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol id=\"formFontz\">\n<li class=\"fontz\"><strong>Medical Record Form<\/strong> provided by the organization. This form can be accessed <a class=\"formLinkz\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeELYfhSt05LJqLzB_pcx8X78KxwUoau4dRxx2PDunGn7SbVg\/viewform?usp=send_form\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"PIM 2025 Medical Form\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"fontz\"><strong>Medical Certificate Form<\/strong> indicating that you are in good health to complete the distance in which you have chosen to participate. This form can be downloaded <a class=\"formLinkz\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1MNBP4VubSQJJQK08loKSOCsTnzU9dp32\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"PIM 2025 Documents\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.\n<ul id=\"miniFormFontz\">\n<li class=\"fontz\">If you have a Gmail account, you can upload the forms by selecting \u201cUpload Files\u201d.<\/li>\n<li class=\"fontz\">If you don&#8217;t have a Gmail account, you must send the forms to the following email addresss: <a href=\"mailto:info@patagonianinternationalmarathon.com\">info@patagonianinternationalmarathon.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"fontz\"><strong>Liability Waiver &#038; Release Form<\/strong>.
